About Clipry AI
Clipry AI turns any link into clarity. Paste a URL — an article, a YouTube video, a Reddit thread, a podcast, a tweet — and get a clean summary, a transcript, and the context you need, in seconds.
What it does
- Summarizes articles, videos, podcasts, and social posts.
- Transcribes spoken content from video and audio.
- Answers questions about the content you paste.
- Extracts the key people, places, claims, and sources.
- Supports files — drop in a PDF, image, or document and ask about it.
How it works
You paste a link. We fetch the content, hand it to a large language model along with your question, and return a clean, readable analysis. You can pick how detailed you want it (Simple, Medium, Smart) and how long (Short, Medium, Long). Advanced users can pick a specific model from the settings menu.
Why we built it
The internet has become too fast and too long to read at the same time. Clipry AI exists because "just skim it" stopped scaling years ago. We wanted a tool that would let you ask a question about any link and get a real answer — not a ten-paragraph SEO wrapper and a cookie banner.
Sister product
Clipry AI is a sister product to Clipry, a private, cloud-backed clipboard and media manager for people who save too much and remember too little. Different app, same family.
How we make money
Clipry AI is free to use. We pay the bills through:
- Affiliate links — when the AI recommends a product we have an affiliate relationship with, we may earn a small commission if you buy.
- Ads — we may show a brief ad on outbound links that don't have affiliate relationships. We try to keep it unobtrusive.
- Paid tiers — power-user features that cost us more to provide are available on a paid plan.
